The MindSeer workspace is an xml file that essentially maintains a simple database of neuroimaging data. The primary purpose of the workspace file is to give MindSeer a way of searching and tracking related neuroimaging data. The secondary purpose of this is as a small database. Organizing data is done by the template files, which have templates for the tree view of the workspace.

<!-- The DataVault tag may be removed.
the attributes are: directory, this is the directory where this was last saved.
When resolving relative uri's, we first resolve against the current directory and
if that fails, we use the directory attribute here.
The version is for backwards compatibility. The current version is .6, but
     may hop to 1.0 soon.
