==== Adding Printer Presets on MacOS ====

The drivers provided by Dell and HP provide access to features like black-and-white or two-sided printing.
MacOS allows you to save Presets of these settings, but it is a confusing process. The settings are
different for each printer manufacturer, so if you use Dell, HP, and Xerox printers you may need to
keep three groups of Presets.

 1. In any application, open up the Print dialog. (You cannot get the features in System Preferences->Print and Fax.)
 2. In the middle of the Print dialog, there is a drop-down labeled with the name of the application ("Firefox", "Preview", "Safari", etc.)
 3. Click the application name drop-down to see the features provided by the printer driver.
 4. Choose your options (note: for the Dell printer driver, Color is under "Printer Features")
 5. From the Presets drop-down choose "Save As..." and type an appropriate name

Note that MacOS automatically keeps your last used settings, so you
may need to re-select your preferred Printer and Preset after using
different settings.

# Modify as many settings as you need in the Print dialog.
