Max would like a wiki for the VHRS.

I set up a wiki instance in the Moin farmconfig on vagal, like this: 

cd /usr/local/data/www/moin
export INSTANCE=vhwiki
export SHARE=/usr/share/moin
mkdir $INSTANCE
cp -R $SHARE/data $INSTANCE       # copy template data directory
cp -R $SHARE/underlay $INSTANCE   # copy underlay data directory

chown -R apache:apache $INSTANCE  # check that USER and GROUP are correct
chmod -R ug+rwX $INSTANCE         # USER.GROUP may read and write
chmod -R o-rwx $INSTANCE          # everybody else is rejected

Then I copied birswiki.py to vhwiki.py as a template, replaced all the BIRS or birs with VH, and edited farmconfig.py to include vhwiki.

Lastly, I edited /etc/httpd/conf.d/moin-wiki.conf and ran service httpd restart
